Firmware Details
The firmware on the Anne Pro 2 has been completely revamped, introducing numerous new functions and features. The keyboard supports complete layout re-programming, allowing you to customize every key to your preference. Tap key functionality enables keys to behave differently when tapped or held, providing enhanced flexibility. The keyboard also includes two main function keys, Fn1 and Fn2, which can be remapped to create custom function layers. Additionally, the Caps Lock can be set to act as a “Magic” function key, mirroring the behavior of either Fn1 or Fn2 for easy access to frequently used functions.
Lighting on the Anne Pro 2 is fully customizable through ObinsLab Starter. The RGB backlights are individually addressable, and dynamic lighting effects can be programmed to suit your style. You can create, save, and load lighting profiles directly to the keyboard. The keyboard also supports up to 16 key macros, which can be programmed and stored in the onboard memory for easy access. Firmware updates are simple and can be done entirely through ObinsLab Starter, making it easier than ever to keep your keyboard up-to-date.

Out of the box, the best keyboard. There is no other that even comes close. And I mean this.
The Ducky One Two Mini does not have Bluetooth capability, nor can it come with Kailh BOX switches, which, as everyone knows, are far superior to these Cherry has-beens. I ordered the AP2 when it originally came out, at a pre-order price of $69.99, and it is my daily driver. I have had nearly twenty mechanical keyboards so far, and this one is King.
It’s solid, there is no flex. Stability on the desk is nonpareil. The smoothness of BOX blacks, that slight travel reduction, the pre-lubed stems–this equals quality. I have never had a single problem with my bluetooth, and it seems to me that the stabilizers, in my honest analysis, have gotten much better in the transition from Anne Pro 1 to Anne Pro 2.
Believe it or not, I have both, and I am thinking about ordering another Anne Pro 2 (if only I could get a discount!), but this time I may change the keycaps, as it seems to be the only thing I am cross-wise with. I hate that militaristic gamer font where the legends don’t connect, and, unfortunately, the Anne Pro 2 still has it. (The “Q” is the worst.)
That being said, this is still the best stock mechanical keyboard out there, and with the options of Gateron, Cherry-MX, and Kailh BOX switches as your choices, you simply cannot go wrong.
Oh, and not to mention the price……. 🙂

This is my first mechanical keyboard and I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it turned out to be an awesome board. I wasn’t sure what switches to get at first but ended up settling on Kailh Box Brown switches since I heard that they feel really tactile. They feel even better than I imagined. The board also comes with extra colored keycaps and keycap puller as well for customization.

Decided to get the Kailh Box Browns, and it was an amazing choice! A lot better than Outemu Brown switches. Keyboard has everything, sturdy, amazing stabilizers, RGB, bluetooth. The Bluetooth has no latency in FPS games and the typing experience is amazing. This is a must get.

THE most amazing keyboard I have ever owned, I personally got Kailh Reds and they are amazing. This keyboard is literally the Ducky One 2 Mini but with better switches and bluetooth, I mean it blew the Ducky out of the water
