We do not allow refunds unless items are damaged as a result of Flashquark’s actions or the item(s) you received were defective.

In the event that items are defective, you have 15 days from the time of receipt of the item by mail to notify Flashquark LLC of the defects in order to be able to exchange or return said defective item.

To request a return or receive assistance with an issue, please open a ticket in the “My Account” section with your order number in the subject line.

In the case of Anne Pros, we do not allow refunds or exchanges that are a result of software issues that can be fixed with a firmware reflash. If you do come across a suspected software issue, please contact us by email and we would be happy to walk you through with troubleshooting the issue. If you believe that your Anne Pro is experiencing a hardware issue, please contact us for further information.
