When you place an order for a Group Buy, you agree to the terms listed here. In addition, you also agree to any terms which may be listed on each individual Group Buy’s page.
Q. How long do I need to wait until a group buy ships out?
A. You can receive updates for each Group Buy on its individual GB page here on this site.
Q. Can I change my shipping address?
A. Yes, you can change your address as long as group orders have not been shipped out yet. To change your shipping address, please email email@example.com with your name, order number, old address, and new address you wish to have the order shipped to.
Q. Can I cancel my order in a Group Buy?
A. If you wish to cancel and the Group Buy is still open, you may request a cancellation by opening a support ticket in the Customer Account page. Please include your invoice number so that we know which order to cancel and refund. If the Group Buy has already closed and reached production stage, you may not cancel your order. You have the option of selling your spot to someone else and changing the shipping information in your Customer Account page to the other person’s shipping details. Flashquark is not responsible for helping you sell your spot.
Q. Can I combine Group Buy orders with other things that I wish to buy in the store to save on shipping?
A. You may not combine a Group Buy order with anything else in the store.
Q. What happens if a GB does not reach MOQ?
A. If a GB does not reach MOQ, the GB will be cancelled all payments will be refunded within 7 days of the end of the GB.
Q. What happens if my package gets lost in the mail?
A. All order shipments come with a tracking number as proof of shipping. The tracking number is automatically sent to the e-mail you provided during checkout. Flashquark does not take any responsibility for packages lost or damaged in the mail due to any acts of God.
