A switch puller is a useful tool for pulling switches out of hotswap boards.
Prying switches out of a hotswap pcb with a blade or screwdriver risks damaging both the pcb and the switch.
This switch puller clamps onto switch from underneath so that you can easily pull the switch straight up off the pcb while applying even force to both sides of the switch.
Note that when using the switch puller, it should be held vertically and clamp to the top and bottom of the switch such that the switch puller pushes the tabs on the top and bottom of the switch in to unlock the switch from the PCB.
